- Stealth Project suppressors use a patented canted helical design in place of conventional baffles, with a single attenuation chamber to control muzzle blast.
- The baffle-less design eliminates the chance of a baffle strike; Stealth Project states there are no baffle strikes, ever.
- The design is self-tightening: force from high pressure gas on the canted helix creates a rotational force that tightens the suppressor.
- Stealth Project states first round flash is eliminated near 100%, because combustive ambient air is retained in the attenuation chamber rather than escaping through the muzzle before combustion.
- The Maverick Series uses a single continuous attenuation chamber and has the fastest heat dissipation rate of any suppressor per volume, with an average of 30-50% more surface area than the basic suppressor design.
- Accelerated Gas Technology accelerates gases towards the front of the suppressor, which Stealth Project says makes cleaning the suppressor a breeze — useful on auto-loading and SBR firearms that otherwise get dirty quickly.
- The Maverick Series is Stealth Project's helical titanium series, 100% titanium.
- The one piece core has no welds to fail and no multiple baffle chambers, so the system heats evenly along its entire length with no hot spots.
- Stealth Project lists its suppressors as user serviceable.
- QD suppressors require the purchase of a Stealth Project Flash Brake, sold separately.
- Stealth Project's caliber compatibility chart specifies a minimum 10 inch barrel for the Maverick QD .30.
- The compatibility chart raises the barrel floor for some magnum cartridges: the .300 Weatherby Magnum and .30-378 Weatherby need a minimum 18 inch barrel.
