Configurations
Modular length — this suppressor can be run at more than one length. The manufacturer does not publish the dimensions of each configuration, so the length above is the only one on record.
Prices are manufacturer's suggested retail (MSRP). What you pay may differ.
Mount interface: 1/2x28 Direct Thread. It threads straight onto the barrel, so no mount or muzzle device is involved.
Manufacturer claim
- Modular Design allows shooters to tailor suppressor length for their application
- Strategic serialization placement lessens chances of serial number destruction in case of an alignment issue causing a baffle/end cap strike
- The Skarv 22 is a modular pistol and rifle rimfire suppressor.
- Sonicore Suppressors are manufactured in Middletown, CT USA.

- The modular design lets the owner shorten the suppressor by removing baffles; the manufacturer notes that removing baffles decreases sound reduction.
- The Skarv uses "clipped" baffles with a scalloped cut machined into the cone to disrupt gases — intentional, not a bullet strike.
- Lightweight aluminum construction
- Knurled surface for firm grip when installing and improved heat dissipation
- Extremely lightweight, machined out of 6026-T9 aluminum and finished with black, non-glare, Mil Spec Hard Coat Anodize.
- The knurling on the outside of the suppressor allows for a firm grip when installing and also helps to dissipate heat by increasing surface area.
- Sonicore suppressors are made out of a combination of 6026 T9 aluminum and 303 stainless steel, depending upon the model. All Sonicore suppressors are hardcoat anodized.
- Sonicore offers a limited lifetime warranty. For more details, please consult your owner’s manual or our website.
- The period between cleanings will vary depending on what type of ammunition you are shooting, the type of host firearm, and environmental conditions such as rain or high humidity. We recommend cleaning the suppressor at a minimum after every 1,000-1,500 rounds.
- Reassembly calls for a moisture-resistant, high-temperature anti-seize lubricant on the baffle threads (the manual names Loctite LB-8023) so baffles do not seize together.
- Direct thread 1/2-28 for easy install on most rimfire pistols and rifles with threaded barrels.
- Spanner Wrench Included
- Minimum barrel length — .22LR: No minimum barrel length
- Rate of fire — .22LR: No full auto or FRT.
- Due to the materials involved in construction, Sonicore Suppressors are not full auto rated.
- Sonicore Suppressors are not rated for FRT use.
- The minimum configuration recommended is the configuration the suppressor comes in from the factory.
- Use of an ultrasonic cleaner is not recommended for any Sonicore suppressor.
- Using a crush washer, peel washer, or anything else that causes misalignment voids the warranty.
