The Rekkr OB is a direct thread overbarrel suppressor, meant for higher volume shooting, with a lightweight and modular design machined from 6026-T9 Aluminum and 303 Stainless Steel, and finished with black, non-glare, Mil Spec Hard Coat Anodize.
The Rekkr is kept fairly lightweight through using aluminum baffle modules in combination with 303 stainless steel baffle inserts to create a steel “core.” An integrated stainless steel muzzle brake spins gas in a way to continuously tighten the suppressor onto your muzzle.
Sonicore suppressors are made out of a combination of 6026 T9 aluminum and 303 stainless steel, depending upon the model. All Sonicore suppressors are hardcoat anodized.

The period between cleanings will vary depending on what type of ammunition you are shooting, the type of host firearm, and environmental conditions such as rain or high humidity. We recommend cleaning the suppressor at a minimum after every 1,000-1,500 rounds.
Reassembly calls for a moisture-resistant, high-temperature anti-seize lubricant on the baffle threads (the manual names Loctite LB-8023) so baffles do not seize together.
