- The Nixis was specifically designed to be a standard length, lightweight can while still maintaining a full auto rating.
- Zero internal coatings and zero welds to fail, combined with an aerospace Inconel variant allows for full auto, extreme duty use.
- HUB industry standard 1.375x24 threads, so it works with any HUB compatible mount.
- Cerakote color options: C-102 Graphite Black (up to 1,800°F), C-267 Magpul FDE (up to 1,200°F)
- Mounts tested by Replicator: its own direct thread adapter, Breek LOK 3QD, Dead Air KeyMo, Griffin Armament DUAL-LOK and SilencerCo ASR Bravo. Replicator notes it cannot guarantee third-party designs will work in future due to changes in manufacturing or quality control.
- Replicator was previously known as RR Weapons. The product manuals state the company is going through a name change, so a product may be labelled either way.
- Additive Manufactured Super-Nickel Titanium Alloy (Aerospace proven Inconel variant that is stronger than normal Inconel by almost 2.4 times at 1492°F)
- Monolithic construction: the baffles and outer tube are printed as one piece, so there are no welds to fail and there are zero internal coatings to fail.
- 3,000 to 10,000 rounds between cleanings.
- 5.56 mm platforms such as the AR-15, and .30 caliber platforms including AKs, AR-10s and hunting rifles in .300 Blackout, .308 and .30-06.
- 3-gun and tactical shooting sports, hunting and training.
- Purpose built for 5.56 mm platforms like the AR-15. It may also be used on a 5.7 platform such as a PS90 or Kel-Tec P50, or on pistols like the FN Five-seveN or PSA Rock — semi-automatic pistols almost always need a Nielsen/booster device.
- Ships with a wrench and a 2.2 oz direct-thread adapter — 1/2x28, or 5/8x24 on .30 cal. Rear thread is the industry-standard HUB 1.375x24, so any HUB mount fits.
- Temperature rating: suggested 1200F or lower for heat transfer to the mount and barrel; 1500F maximum suppressor temperature.
- Minimum barrel length: no restrictions.
