- The Exortium S was specifically designed to be a very short, lightweight pistol suppressor while still maintaining a full auto rating.
- A short design that mixes traditional and additive technologies, resulting in a mostly full backpressure suppressor.
- Zero internal coatings and zero welds to fail, combined with an aerospace Inconel variant allows for full auto, extreme duty use.
- HUB industry standard 1.375x24 threads, which also covers most popular tri-lug and Nielsen/piston booster assemblies.
- Cerakote color options: C-102 Graphite Black (up to 1,800°F), C-267 Magpul FDE (up to 1,200°F)
- Mounts tested by Replicator: its own direct thread adapter, JMac Customs HD 3-Lug adapter, YHM HD 3-Lug adapter, Resilient Titanium Tri-Lug, YHM Nielsen booster HUB adapter YHM-2055 and Resilient Titanium booster housing. Replicator notes it cannot guarantee third-party designs will work in future due to changes in manufacturing or quality control.

- Additive Manufactured Super-Nickel Titanium Alloy (Aerospace proven Inconel variant that is stronger than normal Inconel by almost 2.4 times at 1492°F)
- Monolithic construction: the baffles and outer tube are printed as one piece, so there are no welds to fail and there are zero internal coatings to fail.
- 3,000 to 10,000 rounds between cleanings.
- 9 mm PCCs and PDWs, and 9 mm pistols running a Nielsen/booster device.
- Law enforcement operations, close-quarters work, and setups where added length matters.
- A shorter purpose-built pistol suppressor for 9 mm PCCs, PDWs and pistols. It may be direct threaded onto a PCC, or a third-party tri-lug HUB mount may be used on any tri-lug barrel.
- Ships with a wrench and a 2.2 oz direct-thread adapter — 1/2x28, or 5/8x24 on .30 cal. Rear thread is the industry-standard HUB 1.375x24, so any HUB mount fits.
- Temperature rating: suggested 1200F or lower for heat transfer to the mount and barrel; 1500F maximum suppressor temperature.
- Minimum barrel length: no restrictions.
- Semi-automatic pistols require a Nielsen/booster device; keep the booster lubricated, and some underpowered ammunition may not cycle the firearm.
