- Replicator was previously known as RR Weapons. The product manuals state the company is going through a name change, so a product may be labelled either way.
- Additive Manufactured Super-Nickel Titanium Alloy (Aerospace proven Inconel variant that is stronger than normal Inconel by almost 2.4 times at 1492°F)
- Monolithic construction: the baffles and outer tube are printed as one piece, so there are no welds to fail and there are zero internal coatings to fail.
- 2,000 to 3,000 rounds between recommended cleanings, 11,000 maximum.
- Rifles chambered in .22LR, pistols with a stationary (blowback-operated) barrel, and compact platforms where added length matters.
- Competitive shooting, training, pest control and recreational shooting.
- The Acer S is Replicator's shortest and lightest .22 LR suppressor and excels on pistols and rifles. It is not full auto rated.
- Threads 1/2x28 directly onto the barrel; 5/8" exterior wrench flats, no wrench included.
- Temperature rating: suggested 700F or lower.
- Minimum barrel length: no restrictions.
- Not designed for full-auto use. Specifically designed for standard velocity .22 rounds, 1200 FPS and below; higher velocities lose a few decibels of suppression but stay hearing safe.
