Manufacturer claim
- PWS describes the BDE 762 as a full-size, modular 3D-printed titanium 30-caliber suppressor whose removable baffles let the user customize length and noise-reduction rating.
- PWS says the precision-engineered baffles strategically minimize backpressure and gas blowback for a smoother-shooting, low-back-pressure system.
- Symmetrical internal baffle notches are claimed to promote increased accuracy, while exterior textures dissipate heat mirage for clearer sight picture.
- The rear of the can uses a universal 1.375x24 TPI (HUB) pattern, giving compatibility with the majority of suppressor mounts.

- Engineered from Grade 5 6AL-4V titanium, which PWS says is lighter and stronger than traditionally machined titanium, with a DLC coating on the exterior for durability.
- The baffles are taper-threaded, which PWS says prevents carbon locking and loosening between baffles for consistent performance over time.
