- At the heart of the TiTrex suppressor is Precision Armament’s proprietary NURBS suppressor technology — an additively manufactured, surface-modeled baffle architecture that delivers superior acoustic performance through baffle topology alone. The result is lower sound pressure levels and minimal first-round pop in a lightweight, compact design.
- Featuring OPEN SOURCE mount and front-cap interfaces, the TiTrex suppressor is fully HUB compatible and accepts SilencerCo Bravo-style front attachments. This open architecture lets shooters configure mounts, brakes, and accessories their way.
- All TiTrex cores use Precision Armament’s 1.375x24 OPEN SOURCE mount interface which is cross compatible with all industry-standard HUB systems, and the 1.420x24 OPEN SOURCE front interface which is cross-compatible with SilencerCo Bravo style mounting systems.
- The Titrex Suppressor requires limited maintenance. The high pressures and temperatures are largely self-cleaning. Do NOT push cleaning patches through the bore; if necessary, pass a cleaning brush (no patches) through the bore to dislodge fouling.

- The XBand component is a reusable Serial ID Ring that carries the suppressor’s legal serial number. Because the XBand component remains entirely unaltered through this process, the core can be replaced, rebuilt, and upgraded an unlimited number of times while preserving the original serial number and ATF registration.
- 3D-printed titanium suppressors may produce more visible sparks during early use than traditional machined suppressors. After approximately 30–60 rounds, visible sparking will typically settle to levels comparable to a traditional machined titanium suppressor. It does not affect suppressor performance, safety, or service life. This effect does not occur with Inconel cores.
- The TiTrex-300 suppressor is the best-selling, sound-optimized choice for .30 caliber and under, functioning exceptionally well on both bolt-action and semi-auto rifles — especially for precision and hunting applications across 5.56mm through 7.62mm. - It is designed for use on bolt-action and semi-automatic rifles and is rated for centerfire cartridges containing less than 120 grains of powder (for example, .300 RUM) with no barrel-length restrictions.
