Lighter than most 5.56mm / .223 suppressors
Weight compared against the 328 5.56mm / .223 suppressors in the catalog that publish one. Quartile basis; a value inside the middle half carries no note.
Prices are manufacturer's suggested retail (MSRP). What you pay may differ.
Mount interface: 1/2x28 Direct Thread. It threads straight onto the barrel, so no mount or muzzle device is involved.
The Thunder Beast Silencer Summit fires every suppressor entered on the same gun, on the same day, with the same equipment. Operator Ti was measured in 1 test. Figures can only be compared with others from the same test, so each one links to everything else fired on that gun.

Manufacturer claim
- Purpose-built for 5.56 platforms, the Operator TI is made entirely from titanium and engineered using advanced 3D printing technology, with a total weight of just 8.5 oz. It measures 6.5 inches long and 1.5 inches in diameter with a 1/2 x 28 thread pitch.
- Its patented internal design delivers effective sound suppression while minimizing overall mass. Finished in a resilient black Cerakote, the Operator TI offers durability, performance, and low-profile aesthetics.
- Off Grid suppressors are printed as a single-piece design. Unlike suppressors made from multiple threaded or welded components, monolithic construction eliminates weak points and increases overall structural integrity. Titanium offers strength comparable to steel with weight similar to aluminum, plus heat and corrosion resistance.
- All Off Grid Suppressors are single piece units with non-removable parts, and the suppressors are direct thread units. There are no parts inside the suppressor as it is manufactured as one unit. Off Grid provides a limited lifetime warranty against all manufacturing defects.

- Mount Style: Direct Thread. Full-Auto Rated: Not Recommended. Self Service: Not Required. Lifetime Warranty: Yes.
- Always use good quality factory new ammunition. Avoid using Wildcat or reloaded ammunition with your Off Grid suppressor — use of low quality or reloaded ammunition is not covered by the warranty. Check thread tightness often; all direct thread suppressors will loosen up with use, and a loose suppressor will shift the point of impact and can also result in baffle strikes.
