Manufacturer claim
- Built by direct metal laser sintering from 17-4 stainless steel and Haynes 282 superalloy as a single continuous piece of metal, with no tubeless welds and internal geometry JK says cannot be achieved by traditional machining.
- Controlled gas flow through the internal geometry minimizes blowback to the shooter, improves reliability on gas-operated rifles and reduces felt recoil during rapid or sustained fire.
- Industry-standard HUB 1.375-24 threading, shipping with the War Eagle muzzle device, which functions as both a flash hider and the suppressor's blast baffle interface.
- 5.35 inches and 14.3 ounces without the mount; 6 inches and 15.5 ounces with it.

- The high-strength stainless steel and Haynes 282 superalloy body is built to withstand the heat, pressure and cyclic stress of short-barreled and high-round-count use.
