Check in the BuilderManufacturer claim
- JK states the CCX is half the size and weight of the competition.
- JK is explicit that the CCX is not as quiet as its larger pistol suppressors such as the RPX 9K, RPX 9 or PRO-KOR 9K, and says that is not the point — the CCX is designed to live on a concealed carry gun and protect hearing if it has to be used.
- Compact enough to fit many factory holsters without impeding the sight picture.
- At 2.5 ounces in full configuration and 1.2 ounces in its shortest, the 105 CCX runs reliably on semi-automatic pistols without a booster, so the pistol operates, feels and balances almost exactly as it does unsuppressed.

- Baffles add or remove without specialized tools — any standard 1-inch wrench works — and swappable mounts and front caps let it run on pistols of various calibers.
- Rated for use on other calibers up to and including 357 Magnum.
- JK calls the 105 CCX 9MM the first and only 9mm suppressor capable of going from the shooting range to a concealed carry rig, designed to live on a carry gun for when hearing protection is not available.
- JK classifies the CCX as a micro, ultralight pistol suppressor in its special use line, and says special use suppressors perform best when run wet.
- JK's Tone Technology produces a deeper tone; while the CCX can be run dry, JK says it sounds best run wet with small amounts of petroleum jelly inside its baffles.
- Includes a JK 105 LT Thread Mount 1/2x28 TPI, a JK 105 LT 1.3-inch tube, a JK 105 LT tube extension, five JK 105 LT pistol baffles and a JK 105 LT CCK flash reducer end cap.
- No minimum barrel length for sporting use with 9x19mm, 380 ACP, 32 ACP, 25 ACP, 30 Super Carry, 38 Super and 38 Special; 357 Magnum requires 16 inches.
- JK recommends a ramped barrel breech block for use with the CCX suppressor.
