Mount interface: 1/2x28 Direct Thread. It threads straight onto the barrel, so no mount or muzzle device is involved.
The Thunder Beast Silencer Summit fires every suppressor entered on the same gun, on the same day, with the same equipment. HC55 was measured in 1 test. Figures can only be compared with others from the same test, so each one links to everything else fired on that gun.

Manufacturer claim
- Borrowing from aerospace turbofan intake design the HC55 (55= 5" & 5.56) delivers reduced back pressure performance, while maximizing suppression within a compact footprint.
- Direct-thread installation: thread the suppressor on clockwise until it bottoms out snugly and hand tight on the shoulder behind the muzzle threads. If more than light finger pressure is required, stop immediately.
- When new, Ti suppressors contain Ti residue from the printing process that will burn brightly when shot out; this is normal and will subside. Ti will "spark" on shorter barrels in low light. For increased signature reduction in low light Hammer Creek points to its 718 Inconel offerings.
- At 6oz and lacking the extra weight of a muzzle device it will dramatically improve the balance of nose-heavy rifles fitted with traditional suppressors. The HC55 in Titanium is the perfect combo for all light duty carbines, bolt action rifles and truck guns.

- For its compact size and barely there weight the HC55 delivers surprisingly outsized sound suppression even on 10" barrels.
