- The Optimus 6 uses an additive manufactured (3D printed) high-flow baffle design specifically engineered to reduce system backpressure over traditional suppressors while maintaining flash and sound reduction.

- The quad-tine flash hider endcap was tuned in conjunction with the low backpressure baffle stack to achieve flash reduction described as almost unseen in other low backpressure suppressors on the market.
- The tube body of the printed core is machined during post-production to create a smooth exterior absent of the printing layers typically visible on other additively manufactured suppressors.
- The blast shield and mount system are machined in-house from 17-4 stainless steel and laser-welded to the baffle core.
