- At the 2025 Thunderbeast Silencer Summit — testing independently conducted by Thunder Beast Arms — the HARMONIX ranked #1 of 22 suppressors at the Shooter's Ear in 9mm in both dB and peak pressure and #2 in dB(A); in 5.56 it placed #5 of 86 at Muzzle Right. All tiers share the same baffle geometry, so the sound results apply across the line.
- The Ti-CONEL is the sweet spot of the line ($1,050): an Inconel 718 blast baffle rated to roughly 1,300°F for high-volume and full-auto use, at just 0.56 oz more than the all-titanium ION.
- Uses the Faxon HUB mount interface and ships with a Direct Thread HUB Adapter (1/2x28 for 5.56, 5/8x24 for .30 and .36 Cal); pair with a MuzzLok Plan B compatible muzzle device for quick-detach.
- 6.75″ long and 1.675″ max diameter; full-auto rated across all calibers with no minimum barrel length restriction on semi-auto or bolt-action hosts.

- The Ti-CONEL pairs a 3D-printed Grade 5 Titanium body with a CNC-machined Inconel 718 blast baffle at the hottest position in the stack (8.4 oz).
- The .36 Cal bore is the widest, the only HARMONIX bore that handles 8.6 Blackout, 9mm PCC, .350 Legend, and .338 Federal in addition to everything the .30 Cal covers — one can for rifle and pistol-caliber platforms.

- A larger bore can safely suppress smaller calibers (a .30 Cal bore also suppresses 5.56), but a suppressor must never be used on a cartridge larger than its bore.
