- On an 18.5 in Ruger 10/22 in .22LR, the STV 22 direct thread averaged 120.78 dB at the muzzle against 141.8 dB unsuppressed.
- The STV .22 is the first suppressor of its kind with split baffle technology. In simple terms the split baffle technology can be thought of as an improved tesla valve designed for gases.
- The suppressor is lightweight at just 3.5oz, made of titanium. Cleaning is quick and simple thanks to a taper rail design that slides apart easily. It is designed to be very low gas blowback and keeps first round pop nearly non-existent.
