Manufacturer claim
- dB reduction measured on a 10.3 inch barrel bolt action using SAAMI spec metering equipment: 148.6 dB in the QD configuration and 149.1 dB in the direct thread configuration.
- On a 16 in AR15 in 5.56x45mm with a .077" port and 9.5" DI gas system, the Operator 556 QD averaged 137.95 dB at the muzzle with the stub mount against 165.74 dB unsuppressed.
- With the extreme low gas blowback this suppressor has a different tone than traditional baffle suppressors; the VLB baffles may look like a baffle but do not behave like a classic baffle.
- The patent pending VLB25 baffles use Vacuum Expansion (VE) technology, which restricts the flow of gas without allowing the reverse flow that causes gas blowback. Gases are compressed in the distal end of the suppressor and relieved via the endcap.

- The technology does not require a vented endcap, so muzzle flash can remain minimized as much as possible. Vented caps are optional.
- Material: 3Al2.5V titanium tube with high temperature nitrided alloy steel components.
- This suppressor will exceed the SOCOM/NSWG/MILSTD testing protocol.
- The Operator 5.56 is a compact suppressor rated for cartridge rounds of .224" diameter or less due to the bore size of the baffles, most notably the 5.56mm NATO cartridge.
- The Operator comes in either a direct thread or quick disconnect configuration using the Stealth Lok QD system. One 1/2-28 Hybrid Hider muzzle device is included in purchase of the QD model.
- It is rated for any barrel length, and limited full auto rated to 100 rds before cool down.
