- On a 16 in AR15 in 5.56x45mm with a .077" port and 9.5" DI gas system, the Delta 556 QD averaged 134.16 dB at the muzzle with the stub mount against 165.74 dB unsuppressed.
- With the extreme low gas blowback this suppressor has a different tone than traditional baffle suppressors; the VLB baffles may look like a baffle but do not behave like a classic baffle.
- The VLB26 baffles are 3D printed as one piece with the outer shell, allowing geometries that conventional machining cannot produce, and are an improvement on the VLB25 baffles. They use Vacuum Expansion (VE) technology to restrict gas flow without allowing the reverse flow that causes gas blowback.
- The technology does not require a vented endcap, so muzzle flash can remain minimized as much as possible.

- The Delta 5.56 is HUB compatible and comes in either a direct thread or quick disconnect configuration using the Stealth Lok QD system. The Stealth Lok QD system lets the suppressor be installed rapidly on multiple firearms. Six locking lugs and the ability to install the suppressor in any orientation make it quick and easy to attach in any light condition, and without a ratcheting mechanism it is very stealthy when connecting and disconnecting.
- Material: 6Al4V titanium, heat treated, with a high temperature alloy steel mount nitrided to 52+ Rc hardness.
- The Delta 5.56 is a mid-size high performance suppressor rated for cartridge rounds of .224" diameter or less due to the bore size of the baffles, most notably the 5.56mm NATO cartridge.
- It is rated for 10" minimum barrel length, and limited full auto to 100 rds or less before cool down.
