- The Hush Kit has a 'best in class' performance with improved sound reduction when compared to other industry leading suppressors.
- Manufactured using 3D printing, the Hush Kit suppressors are made with patented Purposely Induced Porosity (PIP): the design incorporates a number of very small vents positioned around the radius of the suppressor, which allows more space to manipulate the gas flow before venting occurs; the result was a significant reduction of back pressure.
- The Hush Kit's unique internal geometry further reduces high frequency noise, creating a more pleasant shooting experience.

- One of our goals with Hush Kit was to reduce its overall length while still maximizing performance. By increasing the diameter by a small amount we were able to cut over an inch off the length.
- The DRC308 is HUB compatible and uses the industry-standard 1-3/8x24 HUB thread specification.
- The factory coating is approximately 0.001 inches thick and has no observed impact on suppressor performance.

- Ultrasonic cleaning is the recommended cleaning method.
- The DRC308 is optimized for .308 / 7.62x51mm, however smaller calibers such as the .300BLK will work.
- If you shoot a lot, such as with a Full-auto or have an FRT installed on your host weapon, we recommend choosing an Inconel suppressor.
- The Hush Kit includes the suppressor, the factory direct-thread adapter and a low-profile wrench for the adapter.
- Muzzle brakes, compensators, and compensating flash hiders are not recommended. These devices concentrate blast pressure on the suppressor's sidewalls or first baffle and may cause damage and will void the warranty.
- Only the factory direct-thread mount is fully warrantied.
- The minimum recommended barrel length is 10.5 inches. The suppressor was tested on 9.75" barrels and longer.
- The DRC308 is not recommended for 7x58mm PRC, .300 WMag 7.62x67mm, .338 Lapua 8.6x70mm, or any larger caliber than the 7.62x51mm NATO spec. The bore diameter is approximately 0.365-0.385 inches.
