- The Hyperion SK is constructed entirely of 3D-printed titanium using DMLS (Direct Metal Laser Sintering) manufacturing.
- DMLS-produced titanium grain structure can exhibit uniformity superior to that of traditionally produced alloy structures, according to CGS research.
- The HYPERION SK is constructed of 3-D printed titanium.
- Due to the gas flow path geometry which vents gas expediently to the outer annulus, coupled with the uniform construction and proprietary heat treat process, it is postulated that the Hyperion exhibits higher durability not typically characteristic of titanium suppressors.
- A proprietary heat treat process combined with uniform DMLS construction is postulated to give the Hyperion higher durability than is typical for titanium suppressors.
