About .300 Blackout
Heavy subsonic bullets (190gr and up) need a fast twist to stabilise. A 1:8 or faster barrel is the usual recommendation; a slow-twist barrel can keyhole them.
Subsonic .300 Blackout often will not cycle a semi-automatic without a suppressor or an adjustable gas block.
